A bit cold and very dark. Usual route back home. Sped up slowly but steadily over the course of the run - felt surprisingly ok by the end in terms of fitness. Right calf felt a bit tight again by the end, but just been trying to stretch out last night & today, plus NSAIDs. As much as I love Green Lanes, I must try and find slightly less darkurban route home. Oh well, burnt off the lunchtime burrito.
