    First long run with Amy, Success! Parked the car at the Beach Chalet and then ran out 5 miles through Golden Gate Park and the pan handle and then turned around and came back. I tried a goo pack and Amy had the shot blocks. No pain, great times, could have ran longer. 63 degrees and arm, cool ocean breeze.
