First workout with the Garmin 405 while also trying to keep my heart rate around 160. I couldn't believe how hard it was to do this. I felt as if I went any slower, I'd have to walk. It was harder to try to run slow than it was to run the half marathon the past weekend. I'll keep trying to do my long slow runs with a 160 goal. We'll see what happens.
