Week 16 - 13km - Serpentines in the Regent's Park

According to my programme to should be a rest week with step-back long run of only 9km. As I missed most of my runs last week due to holidays I decided to extend this run to 13km. It wasn't a perfect run as on 4th km I had problems with my left leg (knee) and had to stop for some stretches. It was a beautiful day, regardless of some showers.
