There's no better way of sightseeing than a nice run in unknown city. What I can say is: Luxembourg is not even close to a flat place. A lot of hills, really steep, nice forest paths and plenty of places for runners. A bit difficult for longer runs as it is rather small city but when someone knows the area better it is full of running gems, I am pretty sure.
