It supposed to be 18km long run. First of all my Garmin got stuck for almost 2 km (that straight line on the east side of Hyde Park). Secondly I had to finish in Primrose Hill because my ITB was giving me problems. I am not really happy with this but hey, that's life. My training motto is: don't run if you don't feel like. It helped me survive prep to Paris Marathon without injuries.
