The clock's ticking. Less than 12 weeks to the Berlin Marathon. Preparation goes very well, I am sticking to the plan so far (with tiny exceptions), no problems with my knee in last couple or runs. Today I run from work home, 10km at slower pace. It is a bit hot ~ 25 - 30C but still durable.
