What is RSS?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It's a standard way for publishers to syndicate content and for users to get updates of content whenever updates are made for a specific topic. Garmin Connect is using RSS to help get the word out for all the great activities that you and other Garmin users are engaging in.
Why should I subscribe to Garmin Connect RSS feeds?
If you maintain your own blog, you can add a RSS widget that updates on your blog whenever you upload a public activity to Garmin Connect. This way all your friends and family can see all the cool runs or rides you've been doing. Just go to the RSS feed from your Dashboard and add the Garmin Connect RSS feed url to your blog's RSS widget.
