Getting Started instructions will guide you through the set-up process.
Upload
Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable or wireless Garmin ANT Agent. Once on the Upload page, a single click uploads all new activities to your Activities page. The Garmin ANT Agent automatically detects your device and uploads new workouts.
