Transferring Activities from USB Outdoor and Automotive Devices
  1. Track an activity with your device. Remember to Reset Trip Computer / Data at the beginning and end of your activity recording.
  2. Go to Garmin Connect and click on the Upload button.
  3. The Upload page requires the Garmin Communicator Plugin:
    Download for Windows
    Windows® XP Service Pack 3 or later operating system
    Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 3.6+, Safari 5+, or Chrome 8+.
    *Not compatible with Windows 2000
    Download for Mac
    Mac OS X 10.5 or later
    Safari 3.0+ or Firefox 3.0+
    Note: Your web browser will need to be closed during the installation process.
