Nice ride this morning with Chris and Paul. Sore throat persists but it wasn't too bad. I think the cold weather anaesthetised it. We stopped for a coffee in Tenterden, which warmed us up, but wasn't long before we started feeling the cold again. Strong headwinds on the way back.
