Right. So. Not an unmitigated disaster but a learnng curve! Didn't manage the pace for the speed section. I got to 6:40 average over the 4 miles. Did manage to program Mr Garmin for the 3 splits so that was fairly useful. Althought the map looks a little strange as it stops at the 7 mile distance even though I kept running extra to get home. I ran that last bit home luxuriously slow! Just for badness!
