Proposed new course for the DSE race on 8/8 and possibly the PAUSATF race on 10/2 due to trail closures. START/FINISH: Grass lawn adjacent to Julius Kahn Playground, West Pacific Avenue & Spruce Street
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Exit grass lawn, complete counter-clockwise Julius Kahn rectangular loop, right onto West Pacific Avenue trail. Prior to Arguello Blvd complete mini clockwise half-arc loop before turning left onto northbound (downhill) straightaway and exit trail onto asphalt surface. Turnaround at “Stop” sign, reverse direction and return to West Pacific Avenue. Travel downhill (eastbound), complete clockwise Julius Kahn rectangular loop before finishing on grass lawn.
