Week 4 of 9, Run 1 of 3 building up to a 3 mile run goal. This run consists of a 1/4mi run, 1/8mi walk, 1/2mi run, 1/4mi walk, 1/4mi run, 1/8mi walk and 1/2mi run. Always preceed workout with 5min warmup walk and finish with 5min cooldown walk. I made a mistake this workout and ran 1/8mi instead of the second 1/4mi run.
