Note the time...had to run late afternoon today as the Boss was away early on this morning which meant I was on kid duty! So after stuffing mesel nicely during the day with 2 bananas, 2 apples and 2 cereal bars (plus an assorted amount of other stuff!) I was loaded and raring to go when I got home after the afternoon session. Had REAL trouble running slow enough, so felt GREAT so just gave up trying! I ran how i felt which felt good, so i ran HARD! Not sure I'll be doing this every day but it felt good and right TODAY!
