Week 18 - 2km - ITB Syndrom's back!

It supposed to be a 4,5km morning jog. Turned out that my knee is sore straigh away and was getting worse each minute. I decided to cut the distance. Hampstead is very hilly. I think I will avoid that area of the city for now. I'm thinking about skipping couple of runs to let the knee rest. Ice, need some ice.
