Week 3 of 9, Run 1 of 3 building up to a 3 mile run goal. This run consists of two repetitions of: 0.11mi running, 0.11mi brisk walk, 0.22mi running, 0.22mi brisk walk. Always preceed workout with 5min warmup walk and finish with 5min cooldown walk. Weight 175 lbs.
