Week 13 - 9km - Belsize Park, Regent's Park

I have got a HR monitor for my burp-day (cheers Dave!) and today used it for the first time. I have to learn how to make something useful with the data and how to leverage it in my training. I made crazy sprint along Regent's canal on 4th km to see how my heart reacts when a bit more of the pumping action is needed. Good heart, didn't stop. Got to 170 b/s, didn't really want to come back to original zone.
