1h 15m recovery ride (in HR Zone 1 all the time) on the trainer (while watching the movie "HOME"). Calculating the Astrand test from any part of this session gives a VO2(max)=63 ml/kg/min (which seems to be a bit too good to be true, even with lots of intensive sports/training recently). W(av)=156 (@74.6 kg).
