Where can I find my scale’s serial number to enter on Garmin Connect™?

To find your scale's serial number, look at the label on the underside of the scale. You will see a set of 9 characters followed by a set of 5 characters. The serial number of your scale is the entire 14-character set.

How can I change my Wi-Fi® connection?

You can return your device to setup mode and change your connection method at any time. On the underside of the scale, press Reset.

The scale will display a icon on the screen, and the icons will blink. The scale is now ready to set up.

NOTE: Returning the device to setup mode does not delete any user information from the device.
